Boston Business Journal Names CE Tech a 2021 Best Places to Work

Employer is recognized for two consecutive years since expansion into New England

July 1, 2021 – The Boston Business Journal has named Cutting Edge Technologies (CE Tech), award-winning provider of next generation technology solutions, to its 2021 Best Places to Work list — the BBJ's exclusive ranking of the Massachusetts companies that have built outstanding work environments for their people. CE Tech was honored at the BBJ Best Places to Work Awards Ceremony on June 16, 2021.

This is the second consecutive year that CE Tech has been named a BBJ Best Places to Work company since opening their Norwood, Massachusetts location. The announcement comes on the heels of a recent announcement of the expansion of their Managed IT Services portfolio.

“We have experienced tremendous growth, and it is encouraging to see not only a positive response from our customer base, but also from our employees who help make our mission a reality each day”, said Neil DiMartinis, Vice President of Sales and Principal at CE Tech. “We focus on making a positive and lasting impact on the quality of people’s lives – always, in all ways. We are thrilled to be recognized both by the Boston Business Journal and our employees, and we are eager to continue to build upon our unified team culture where employees are proud to work.”

"In a year that has brought incredible challenges for everyone both personally and in business, it is a true testament to great organizations to be named a Best Place to Work," said BBJ's Market President and Publisher Carolyn Jones. "We congratulate all of our honorees and look forward to learning from them on how to create and sustain outstanding workplaces."

The hundreds of businesses that met criteria for office location and size participated in employee-engagement surveys distributed by Business Journal partner Quantum Workplace. Employees were asked to rate their work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation and benefits.
